This one-day Women’s Somatic Healing Retreat: Yielding into YOU, held on Saturday, 21 March is designed as an immersive afternoon of healing on a cellular level.
Liz will guide you through somatic practices designed to release stress and ease you into inner peace, love and joy.
Together we'll experience: embodiment, nervous system regulation, sound healing, deep rest, yin, yoga nidra and...and an incredible sit-down dinner created by Jess from Sunny Peach Kitchens.

It's hard to put into words just how amazing the retreat was. I went with very little expectation of what to expect, and what I gained was a profound connection with myself and my needs through the workshops and somatic work; a reconnection with my body through the daily yoga practice; and a nourishing of body and soul through the most delicious, lovingly created food, and the connection with a group of incredible like-minded women. I'm so deeply grateful and happy to the version of myself, it is a real gift to give yourself and I couldn't recommend it more!

Journey with me to Yallingup, Western Australia, for a weekend of somatic healing, yin, flow, my unique Yoga Nidra meditations, sound healing, massages, facials, healing food, all in the divine forrest surrounds. This is a small, intimate women’s healing retreat: there are only ten spots available in the award-winning ‘Bina Maya,’ which is set on 8 acres of bushland in Yallingup, Western Australia. You have the option of choosing from exclusive villas, masters, and queen-size rooms across 4 different but interconnected houses (including Aliya, which is a walking distance up the road from Bina Maya).
This is a Women’s Retreat for healing on a deep cellular level.




Liz McComish is a Psychotherapist, Trauma Trained Yoga Teacher, and Somatic Therapist. She has the following qualifications:
Master of Counselling (placement in addiction recovery, high distinction in Trauma)

Neuroaffective Touch Practitioner (Current)
Mental Health Aware Yoga Teacher
Trauma Trained Yoga & Meditation Teacher
Liz has worked across many different fields of service provision before beginning her own practice, including, youth and family counselling, early intervention family programs supporting 0-5 year olds, homelessness interventions, drug and alcohol rehabilitation. She was also a senior yoga teacher who trained student teachers in trauma yoga and teaching methodology.
Liz’s supervisor is a clinical psychologist and the Teaching Assistant for The NeuroAffective Touch™ Institute, Inc in Los Angeles.

It’s hard to distill into a few words what I took from the experience, which will be a lifelong memory of a hugely positive experience. I am not the same woman as the one who walked in at the beginning of the retreat. And that is thanks to the amazing energy and work of Sarah and Liz, as well as the community and safety of the wonderful women in the group. I am so grateful I had the privilege of being part of this retreat. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
