This is charged as a monthly membership so you can choose the length of time you stay. However, in my opinion, to complete all the modules plus the integrative practices, I recommend looking at this as a 6 month journey.
Absolutely! It is fantastic alongside other modes of therapy.
As it’s a monthly membership, if you don’t want to stay you are not locked into anything and can cease your membership. You cancel your membership at any time by emailing our technical operations team at [email protected] (although no refund will be given for the amount paid).
As long as you remain a member of the space.
Yes! Tier 1 has all the foundational Somatic Healing Sequences, including the 4 modules and the Somatic Healing Space Journal. Tier 2 has the more complex Somatic Healing Sequences plus live work with Liz. Some members like to do the foundational work in Tier 1 to begin with then up level into the Tier 2 when they are ready to go deeper. Others start in Tier 2 the move across to Tier 1 if they feel they do not have enough time for utilising the additional offerings in Tier 2. If you join a Tier then decide you would like to shift into the other Tier, please connect with us at [email protected] and we will help you do this.
You will pay the price of the Tier you are in at any point in time. If you sign up for Tier 2 then move to Tier 1 we will adjust your payments so that you are paying Tier 1 prices once the current membership payment cycle is complete. This means that if you have paid for a month in Tier 2 and within that month you decide you want to move to Tier 1, your next month’s payment will be adjusted.
Yes! You can join the Inner Circle! This is a 3 month deep dive into healing where Liz will do monthly one:one sessions with you, help you define your needs, and create a structured path through the Somatic Healing Space. You can join from Tier 1 or from Tier 2. Check out the Inner Circle here. There are limited numbers in each intake.
