Exploring all the connections between our Nervous System and our Immune System and how stress can really affect our body's ability to fight illnesses.

This relates to colds, flus and other viruses and also autoimmune conditions, dis-eases, allergies and heaps more. There will also be a Somatic Series to help you work on the relationship between your nervous system and your immune system.

Understanding and working with your primary emotions with a Somatic Series dedicated to each emotion namely Anger, Fear, Grief, Disgust, Joy, Surprise. This series will help you to understand the language of your emotions and regulate them.

ADHD

One of the most commonly diagnosed mental health issues. Can we work with it Somatically? Yes, we can!

The Somatic Series this month is dedicated to working with and alleviating symptoms of ADHD.

Most people experience symptoms even if they do not have a diagnosis so this month is aimed at helping anyone who struggles with any of the symptoms.

Symptoms include: including inattentiveness, forgetfulness, difficulty with time, feeling overwhelmed, impulsivity, difficulty concentrating, emotional dysregulation, insomnia, difficulties with finances.

Setting Healthy Boundaries

Healthy boundaries are primarily energetic; this means that when we create internal clarity, this extends out around us (energetically), and people can feel this. The key is working with our internal state and embodying our needs.

The Somatic Series this month will be practises to help you strengthen your inner state in helping you create healthy boundaries.
